Come clap your hands, stomp your feet, and shake your hips to the rhythm and the beat! JAMaROO Kids Music, Movement & Dance classes are designed especially for infants and toddlers, combining music, creative movement, dance, and imaginative play to support early childhood development while having lots of fun. We’ll sing traditional favorites and original songs, many written by our own teachers, while exploring different genres of music from around the world. Our seasonal curriculum incorporates puppets, books, props, and simple instruments to encourage curiosity, creativity, early communication, and a love of music.
For infants, music and movement activities help build early listening and language skills, body awareness, sensory exploration, and social connection. Babies are encouraged to watch, listen, reach, grasp, bounce, and move along with their caregivers and teachers.
For toddlers, dancing, marching, clapping, and hands-on instrument play help develop gross and fine motor skills, balance, coordination, rhythm, and body control. Singing and repeating songs also support language development, memory, following directions, and early cognitive skills.
Throughout each class, children will explore with bean bags, scarves, shakers, rhythm sticks, and other engaging props. Whether we’re dancing like animals, marching to a beat, playing instruments, or moving with colorful scarves, every class gives little ones an opportunity to learn, explore, connect, and grow through the joy of music and movement!
At JAMaROO Kids all of our music, dance, and yoga curriculum is developed to support and foster all five key areas of development: Cognitive, Speech, & Language, Gross Motor Development, Fine Motor Development, Social and Emotional.
Monthly Tuition: $84 billed to your card monthly.
Covers an average of 4 classes monthly.

No refunds for absences. JAMaROO Kids will work with the school to schedule make-ups for classes that fall on public holidays. We do not offer makeup classes for Winter break or Spring break closures.
If registered before September 17, 2026, monthly tuition is billed automatically to your card starting on that date. If registered after September 17, 2026, you are billed monthly based on the date you register for classes.
This is a private class- only children currently enrolled at Rockbridge Montessori may attend.
**PLEASE NOTE: This is an automatic payment each month. If you need to cancel, or your child is no longer enrolled in Rockbridge Montessori, it is your responsibility to cancel your membership via Care.com, or by emailing jamarookids@gmail.com, to prevent further payment.
