Lower Elementary Art Program
An engaging, foundational program designed to introduce young artists to the building blocks of art through guided exploration and structured play.
Students are introduced to core artistic concepts in a way that is both developmentally appropriate and skill-building:
Early Foundations: Introduction to line, shape, color, and pattern
Fine Motor Development: Strengthening control through drawing, painting, and hands-on materials
Creative Exploration: Encouraging curiosity, imagination, and confidence through open-ended making
Materials Introduction: Safe and guided use of a variety of media, including paint, drawing tools, and mixed materials
Listening & Following Directions: Building classroom habits and independence in a supportive environment
